| Crime Stoppers in the Schools |

All Wichita high schools and most middle
schools have a Crime Stoppers program. Other schools in
Sedgwick County are also starting programs. The school
programs operate independently of Wichita/Sedgwick County Crime
Stoppers, each setting up its own board of directors, which
decides the rewards for that individual program. If any of
them receive information about a felony crime, it is referred to
Wichita/Sedgwick County Crime Stoppers for investigation.
