On Friday, July 7, a man smashed in the front door of Jump Start at 1535 E. Pawnee after the business had closed for the day. He took cigarettes and money. Then he walked down the street to Taco’s Mexican Burrito at 1930 E. Pawnee. He smashed in its front door and took cash from the register.
On Monday, Sept. 4, the same man smashed the front window of Twilight Liquor at 1609 E. Pawnee. There he took old coins and pepper spray from near the cash register.

Before he broke into the liquor store he bought a cup of coffee at the Jump Start that he had burglarized July 7. After the liquor store burglary he and a “friend” returned to the Jump Start and bought cigarettes with the old coins from the liquor store burglary.

About 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, a man broke into the Bionic Burger in the 3200 block of East Harry. Video showed him entering and leaving the building several times carrying food items from the freezer. He is a white male pictured below and appears to be wearing jeans and a short sleeve shirt with an unknown logo on it. The suspect was riding a bike and appeared to come from the east.

Sometime after midnight on Wednesday, June 21, two suspects forced entry through a side door at the Gotta Stop convenience store, 5600 W. MacArthur. They stole a safe with cash. Both suspects had their faces concealed. (17C41853).
About 2 a.m. Friday, June 30, the business was again burglarized, and again a safe and money were taken. There was no video available. (17C44213)
Shortly after 12:30 a.m on Thursday, July 27, two men with their faces covered forced entry through the side door and attempted to take the safe. They weren’t successful because the safe was bolted down. (17C51099).
These photos were taken on July 27. Detectives believe the incidents are related.
