Authorities said this morning that they made the arrests based on tips to Crime Stoppers.

The robbery occurred at 10:37 a.m. The robber, who left on foot going south on Main, was described as a white man in his 50s, about 5 feet 2 inches tall with a medium build and wearing a gray cap and a blue waist-length coat. He had gray hair and a scruffy beard.

Frank Crutchfield was arrested this morning about 9:30 by Wichita police officers at a house in Wichita. According to authorities, a tip to Crime Stoppers led to Crutchfield’s arrest.
