What are the training requirements?
Official training for this event begins on January 23, 2013.
Each participant must be involved in a minimum of 15 training sessions. Guns ‘n Hoses Wichita is not a tough man contest. Local gyms and their coaching staffs have been secured to accommodate boxers who wish to take part in the event. The list of participating gyms will be posted on the tournament website, www.GunsNHosesWichita.org by December 19, 2011.
