On April 3,2018 shortly after 6pm, Officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of 24th and Ellen. Officers located numerous cartridge casings, several different calibers. Several residences in the area were struck, with no reported injuries. Investigators have learned that suspects from two vehicles appear to have been firing gunshots at each other. Attached is a vehicle that was seen in the area and may be involved in the incident; it is described as a dark colored crossover SUV. Witnesses also report seeing a small blue passenger car that may be involved.

Later that same day at approximately 8 pm, Officers responded to a shooting in the 2800 block of East Harry Street. Four victims reported sitting inside their vehicle when 3 unknown black males started to shoot at them. Two of the victims were struck and sustained non-life threatening injuries. They were treated for their injuries at a local hospital. The suspects were last seen running south from the location and got into a small blue passenger car. Multiple cartridge casings were located on scene.
