CRIME STOPPERS CASE #1644
FOR THE WEEK OF NOV. 10, 2016
DEPARTMENT CASE NUMBER: 16C55715
LEAD DETECTIVE: DETECTIVE MILLER, WICHITA POLICE DEPARTMENT

On Tuesday, Aug. 9 at approximately 5:30 pm, a man pulled into the QuikTrip at 730 N. Broadway to get gas. He was followed into the parking lot by a man, described as possibly Hispanic, mid 20’s, wearing a ball cap. He was driving a silver four-door car. While the first driver was pumping gas the other driver circled the pumps and stared at the victim. When the first driver was walking into the store to pay the suspect drove by and pointed a handgun out the window at him. The victim does not know the suspect, but speculated that he may have inadvertently made him angry in traffic. In the still photos you can see that there is a sizable dent on the driver side front fender of the suspect’s car.
