At about 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, Bishop M. Robles, his girlfriend and her child were visiting a friend in the 1200 block of N. Fairview. They were standing outside when a small blue SUV, described as a crossover- style vehicle, drove northbound on Fairview. The occupant (s) fired several shots from a handgun and struck Mr. Robles multiple times. He died later at a local hospital.
