WICHITA POLICE DEPARTMENT COLD CASE HOMICIDE

On Wednesday September 7, 2011, Timothy McGuigan was found shot to death in his home in the 2500 block of North Woodridge.
Timothy missed a breakfast date with his son and did not show up for work that day. Timothy’s co-workers were concerned, and asked his son to check on him. Timothy’s son found him deceased inside the residence from multiple gunshot wounds. There were no signs of forced entry, and it does not appear that anything was taken from the home.
