LEAD: DET. BURLEY, SEDGWICK COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE
A personal bank card was stolen from a mailbox and used 32 times between Jan. 21 and Jan. 26. The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the woman who used the bank card and is a suspect in the theft. Loss has been estimated to be between $2,500 and $3,000.
The suspect is a black woman of average height with a large build and sometimes wears glasses. She was last seen in a blue 1999 Ford Crown Victoria.
