Sheriff detectives are asking for the community’s help to solve a fatal hit-and-run last fall. About 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, deputies were sent to an accident near 103rd Street South and Ridge Road. Jeremy Napier, 43, had been struck and killed, and then the driver of the vehicle fled the scene. If you can help identify the driver or have any other information, please call Crime Stoppers at 267-2111
