LEAD: HOMICIDE UNIT, WICHITA POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Wichita Police Department is asking for help to solve a homicide that occurred just before midnight on Sunday, March 9, 2014, at Phat Azz Bikes, an after-hours club at 1002 N. Cleveland. Kelsey Shaw, 23, was standing outside the club with a group of people when someone started shooting. Shaw was struck in the head and died from her injuries. There was a disturbance between two groups earlier that night, but it is unknown if that was a motive in the shooting.
