Just before 9 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 2, a man entered the Z Wireless store at 601 S. Greenwich and pointed a handgun at the employee. The robber took a large number of smart phones and put them into a plastic bag that he brought with him. He tied up the employee before leaving, but there were no injuries.

The suspect is black, about 30 years old, 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds He was wearing a grey jacket and pants and a black ski mask.
